The Austrian Slackline Association connects regional clubs, represents shared interests and creates links to authorities, emergency services and international governing bodies.
The association was founded in December 2011 by Slackline.at, Vienna Slackliners and Team Balance. In 2015 it became one of four founding national associations of the International Slackline Association (ISA). Today its focus is safe access, knowledge transfer and an open, responsible community.
